Located a short drive into the hill country off of Highway 46, in a town called Bergheim, Texas. Their menus include everything from steaks, seafood, pastas, lamb, decadent salads, gourmet burgers, pizzas and desserts. They always feature lunch and evening specials that are not normally on the menu which can include specialty steaks, seafood or pastas along with appetizers, soups and vegetables. In any case, the Di Frabo burger, is D-E-L-I-S-H and one of our favorites! This restaurant is located in the Dominion, and everyone is welcome in this fine dining establishment. Also, there is no dress code here. They also serve Naples- style pizzas fresh from their wood-burning oven, which are a hit as well.

Finally, ranked the number 1 restaurant in Helotes, Texas by Trip Advisor, El Chaparral offers authentic Mexican food in a classy yet casual atmosphere, both indoors and out on their patio. All things considered, I believe this Northwest San Antonio restaurant gains a top ten fine dining spot for its menu, location, excellent service, and ambiance.

Although this restaurant has been around for decades, the tradition in authentic Mexican food, and its beautiful environment has remained the same throughout the years.
